To create this cognac, which is a living legacy of our ancestors, we still draw affectionately from the barrels of Jacques, our grandfather, and Jean, our great grandfather. They are still with us in this way and we can immerse ourselves in those post-war years, when they rebuilt the cellars and vineyards, destroyed during the Occupation, by the ocean.
