This vintage cognac lets nature alone express itself. It is an expression of the terroir.

Some terroirs have chalky and clay soils. Each Single Cru accurately embodies one of the six Cognac terroirs: Bois Ordinaire, Bon Bois, Fin Bois, Borderies, Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne. Each one has its own specific features, like Bois Ordinaire, our coastal and insular terroir exposed to the ocean environment.

With the intimate knowledge of our terroirs passed down from one generation to the next, like a careful map, and the daily work with our fifteen or so partner winemakers, we retain only the best of each of the six crus.

Clearly defined with a scent of pear and hazelnut on the nose. Dry, sharp finish. A cognac for the ascetic.

A choice of 6 of the Cognac Cru

Grande Champagne, 22 years old

Tiger’s eye colour. Deep captivating nose; a mix of toast, vanilla, tobacco and toffee. Fruity taste in the mouth, followed by woody notes, like chocolate and tobacco.

Petite Champagne, 22 years old

Yellow sapphire colour. Intense liquorice and nutmeg nose. On the palate, spicy with notes of cinnamon that finish with notes of toffee.

Borderies, 22 years old

A bouquet that suggests notes of violets, coffee, Morello, vanilla, eucalyptus and anise. With a nice length.

Grande Champagne, 15 years old

Golden or saffron colour. Nose of wild carnation and fresh mango, followed by muscat and cinnamon notes. Masculine palate of dried fruits and lychees.

Fins Bois, 15 years old

Golden oak colour. Delicate nose with notes of rose petals, overtaken by dried apricot and tobacco. Fruity and balanced in the mouth, it evolves from passion fruit to dried fig.

Bons Bois

Round, masculine, sweet caramel, oak, umami, with dark spices.

Bois Ordinaires, 15 years old

A nose with aromas of pear and hazelnut. A rather dry mouth, ending with a sharp finish.
