An expression of time. These cognacs are from a single harvest and a single vineyard. They are the expression of a year, of its climatic conditions and of its history.

They stand as a testimony of time, because they are never blended. They are an illustration of a truly traditional cognac.

We stored these rare vintages from 1848 to the present day, in our Paradise cellar where land meets sea. Aged in demijohns, they are bottled only on request. Remnants of history to be savoured.

This vintage cognac is a collector’s favourite indulgence. Each bottle is personalized and handwritten.
Similar to the old gaffers, proudly on show on the quays of La Rochelle, here in the west of France, they are part of our historical heritage. They are collectors’ items whose aging is much admired and which improve with time.

The Millesimes or Vintages are the memory of our family history and adventures, from 1848 to the present day. They tell the story of our families, our stills, our wars and of France.

Bottled exclusively on request and by single bottles only. Very limited stock that is always aging, either in barrels or in demijohns.
